Return, Exchange and Refund

At Desi Dangles, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality jewellery. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return/exchange is necessary. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund policy carefully to understand the process and conditions for initiating a return:

NOTE: We accept returns only if the item is incorrect or damaged. To claim a return/exchange, you need to send an unboxing video of the item and also images.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

To be eligible, the jewellery item must meet the following criteria:

  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn/unused with its proper tags and packaging.

2. Return/ Exchange Process:

If your jewellery purchase meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@desidangles.com and provide details about the issue with the jewellery.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and may request supporting documents or images/videos of the item to assess the issue.
  • Once the issue is confirmed and the return/exchange is approved, we will initiate the return process.
  • If you opt for return there is 2 option below as Refund Methods and if you want to opt for exchange we will  provide the option of replacing your product for the same/ any other item from our store of same or greater price.

 3. Return Shipping:

  • We will arrange for the return pick up from the originally delivered address only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please also return any freebies received with the order.

6. Refund Conditions:

  • The refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team.
  • If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, there will be no return request accepted.

3. Refund Methods:

We have kept 2 options for you as being our prominent customer, You can choose either of these 2 options:

  • Refund:

    In case of prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. 

    Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. 

  • Coupon with Flat Rs 49 OFF in your next purchase

NOTE: If we did not find the video to be applicable for return process, you request will be cancelled for return process.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
  • Jewellery that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • Items on SALE and Coupons discounts.

    7. Order Cancellation and Refunds:

    • If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the standard shipping cost will be applied. For cancellation please contact us at support@desidangles.com
